We aim to get your orders out the door faster than a rodeo bull, usually within 1-2 business days, provided the product you've chosen is in stock. Please note that we give our hardworking team a break on weekends and holidays, so orders aren't processed or shipped during those times. 

Delivery Time:

The majority of our orders reach their destination within 4-5 days from the time of purchase. We're dedicated to getting your order to you quicker than a quickdraw, but please understand that we can't always guarantee specific delivery times. Delivery durations are influenced by the shipping method you select and the location to which the products are being delivered. 

Shipping Methods:

We use a variety of reliable carriers to make sure your orders arrive safe and sound. The choice of carrier depends on your shipping address and the size of your order. For hefty items like saddles, we exclusively ship via FedEx. Smaller orders are typically sent via USPS. Our primary carriers include FedEx (mostly), USPS (often), and UPS (on rare occasions). 

Shipping Charges:

We offer straightforward flat-rate shipping fees tailored to our Western USA clientele:

  • $4.99 for orders totaling $29.99 and below
  • $7.99 for orders totaling between $29.99 and $49.99
  • $11.99 for orders totaling between $49.99 and $74.99
  • $14.99 for orders totaling between $74.99 and $99.99
  • Spend $100 or more, and we'll take care of the shipping costs for you!

 

Damage During Transit:

We're as vigilant as a rancher watching over their cattle. All our products undergo rigorous quality testing, and every shipment is carefully inspected before it heads out from our facility. If your shipment arrives with any damage, please give us a holler within 48 hours of receiving it. 

International Shipping:

We're more than pleased to offer international shipping services. Please be aware that while the checkout may not always provide precise shipping estimates for international orders, we're here to assist. Return Time: 

If your purchase isn't a bullseye, fret not. You've got a generous 30-day window from the date of delivery to send it back to us.

 

Return Condition: 

We kindly request that all returned items be in their original condition, unused, and complete with all the original tags and packaging. We can't accept returns for items that have been roughed up, altered, or put through their paces.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, simply mosey on over to this link here or give us a holler at contact@newenglandtack.com. We'll be your trusty guides through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.

 

Refunds:

Once we've rustled up your return and given it a once-over, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to make its way to your account.

 

Exchanges: 

If you're hankerin' for an exchange, the best way to go about it is to find a suitable replacement and give us a shout.

 

Restocking Fee:

In the event that the error or return is due to a change of heart or a mistake on the buyer's end, a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 20% may be considered for some items.
