Package lost by shipper

Was supposed to be a simple exchange for wrong size belt. I even paid 8.99 shipping charge and sent wrong belt back. Their phone number posted everywhere is incorrect, and i was told in a chat this would be looked into. This started on the 10th of October and i still do not have the returned replacement belt. After several emails and messages i was informed today 17th of Oct that my package was lost by shipper. It is now on its way.
